Where does trèStiQue ship?

trèStiQue.com currently ship to the United States [including Alaska and Hawaii] + Canada and internationally to France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, and Australia; additional countries coming soon. We also offer a variety of [expedited] shipping methods.

What kinds of shipping do you offer?

For all orders, your trèStiQue products will be shipped after processing which takes 1-2 business days. We offer the below shipping methods.

Domestic U.S. Orders:

Standard Shipping (Fedex Smartpost): will arrive 4-10 business days after your order has been shipped.
Orders less than $30 have a flat charge of $7. Orders over $30 ship free of charge with free returns.
For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, we offer a $10 flat rate. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive once it has shipped.

Expedited 2-Day Shipping (USPS):
Orders have a flat rate of $10.

Expedited 2-Day Shipping (FedEx):
Orders have a flat rate of $14.

International Order

France Customers are advised that The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the (Trestique) to import the goods on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that (Trestique) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods

When will my order ship?

If an order is placed before 8:00 AM EST it will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders submitted after 8:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out the next day.

Please keep in mind that if you order after 8:00 AM EST, it can add one day to your shipping time.

Our shipment center is closed on Saturday and Sunday and U.S. national holidays. Any orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed & shipped out the following Monday. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll shoot you an email that contains your USPS or FedEx tracking number. You can also check the status of your order in the “My Orders” section of your account profile. If you did not create an account and checked out as a guest, email hello@trestique.com for your tracking number.

I’m having trouble with my order, who can I talk to about this?

Please email us at hello@trestique.com if you need help with processing or tracking your order or if you have any questions about our products. We are always available to help you and will reply within 48 hours.


Help! How do I know if I’m choosing the right shade?

Simple. Just snap a picture in a well-lit place and message us with our SELFIE SHADE MATCH pop-up (located on the bottom right of your screen) or DM us on Instagram at @trestique. We will respond asap within 48 hours with a product and shade recommendation customized for you.

What is your ingredient philosophy?

We believe in high performance makeup and offering you a unique delivery system that combines the tools you need with the formulas you love. Why? Because you get better color, smoother application and longer lasting results. We infuse our products with natural plant-based ingredients, like coconut oil, when possible, so we know you will love them! Most importantly our products are never tested on animals and everything is made with love. How do I apply stick makeup?

Easy! Sticks are pretty fool-proof and blendable so there's no such thing as messing up. Follow our video tutorials on each product page or check us out on YouTube for longer how-to's and other trèStiQue tips.

Can I try a sample before buying?

We don't offer product samples at this time, but you can mix and match to create a custom Mini Trio or Mini Essential set, which are smaller sizes of our full sized formulas.

Do you do any animal testing?

No! We are cruelty-free and never test on animals.

Returns / Exchanges

Can I return my trèStiQue product?

Sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your purchase. Don't worry, we offer FREE returns! Keep in mind your return must be processed within 30 days of placing the order. You will receive your credit for the original purchase price within 10-14 business days after we receive the merchandise.

At this time we do not offer returns for international orders.

Please note if you place an order for our Essential 8 routine via the Try Then Buy program shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, you will be responsible for covering the cost of your return.

What’s your exchange policy?

We’re happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order. Products must be unused or lightly used.

Where should I drop off my return or exchange?

Once you receive your prepaid return label, drop off your package at any USPS post office location or mail box. No waiting in line or additional postage necessary!

I received the wrong product! What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Email us at hello@trestique.com. We will work quickly to get you the correct order. Thank you for your patience!

I made a mistake! How I can I cancel my order?

Order processing usually occurs within 24 hours and fulfillment time may vary depending on when the order is placed. Therefore, we are unable to automatically cancel orders after they have been placed. Once you have received your order, you may initiate the return process by contacting us at hello@trestique.com to discuss specific questions or concerns.


When will my card be charged?

As soon as you place your order, your card will be charged in order to start processing your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express along with payments from international Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept forms of electronic payment such as Paypal and Apple Pay. All international orders will be charged in U.S. dollars so please be aware that additional foreign transaction fees may be applied by your international bank.

My payment was declined. What should I do?

There are a few reasons your payment did not go through. Please double check the following:
• Does your billing info (such as billing address + zip code, security code, expiration) match what’s been entered on the checkout page?
• Insufficient funds

Will I be charged sales tax for my purchase?

trèStiQue charges sales tax on all orders being shipped to addresses in New York and New Jersey State.

What is your price adjustment policy?

Forgot to use your promo code? We’d be happy to adjust your order accordingly within 72 hours of your purchase if you accidentally paid full price. We offer various promotions and price discounts throughout the year. Please note price adjustments will not apply during Black Friday Pre-sale, Black Friday Sale, and Cyber Monday Sale. Please use only one promotional discount code per order. Promotions may change from day to day and last for varying periods of time. Please note at this time we cannot adjust any orders purchased through our Try Before You Buy program.

By creating an account with trèStiQue, you will get a more customized experience. Having an account also makes it easy to keep track of past orders, save time on the checkout process, and quickly reorder your favorite products.

Do I need to create an account?

No! You can always check out as a guest if you prefer.

Is it safe to save my payment information?

Yes! All payment information is securely stored through encryption, offering you a huge time saver for your next order. Saving payment information is not required.

I forgot my password! How can I get a new one?

To reset your password, go to the log in screen and select "Forgot Password." We will send you an email with password reset instructions.


How can I check the status of my order?

After you check out we will send you an email with your order summary and order number. Once your package has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email, which will include a FedEx or DHL tracking number. The status of your order can also be found within the "My Orders" section of your account. If you did not create an account and checked out as a guest, email hello@trestique.com.

Where is trèStiQue sold?

Currently, trèStiQue products are sold on trestique.com, sephora.com, urbanoutfitters.com, freepeople.com, revolve.com, amazon.com, anthropologie.com, and qvc.com. To shop trèStiQue in person, we are sold at Blushington's Upper East Side store in New York City and Brentwood store in California.

How is trèStiQue different than other beauty brands?

trèStiQue is a unique brand doing things differently.
