I'm having trouble with my order. Who can I speak to about this?

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they’ve been processed or are ready for warehouse pick-up. If you no longer wish to keep your items, please use our Returns Portal to initiate a return after they arrive.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return or exchange. Here are the details:

  • Shipping fees: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Free items: If your order included a free item, please return it with the other products to be eligible for a refund.
  • Timeline for returns: Once initiated, return/exchange items must be sent back within 14 days.
  • Kits & Bundles: Partial returns are allowed for kits and bundles. You don’t need to return the entire set, just the items you’re unsatisfied with.
  • International orders: All international orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges are allowed.

How can I start an exchange or return?

Enter your order number (Example: #123000) and email address in our Returns Portal to begin the process. We’ll send a confirmation email once we’ve received your request.

Note:

  • Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders (final sale).
  • Complimentary exchanges are offered only once per item; additional exchanges require you to cover shipping costs.

Where should I drop off my returned/exchanged items?

Once you’ve received your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your package and drop it off at any USPS post office. No additional postage or waiting in line is required!

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow up to 21 business days for us to process your return or exchange after we receive your package.

My order’s tracking number hasn’t been updated. Is my order lost?

During busy periods, tracking updates may be delayed. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean your order is lost.

  • Orders are considered lost if there are no tracking updates for 15 days (domestic) or 20 days (international).
  • If your order is confirmed lost, we will promptly reship it.

My order says “delivered,” but I haven’t received it. Where is it?

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. See if it’s available for pickup at your nearest post office.

What kinds of shipping do you offer?

Domestic U.S. Orders

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives within 3–10 business days after the order is shipped via USPS, DHL Global Mail, UPS MI, or other carriers.
    • Free shipping is available for orders $49+ (contiguous USA only).
  • Expedited Shipping: Arrives within 1–5 business days after the order is shipped via UPS, DHL Express, or FedEx. Note: Expedited shipping is not available for PO boxes.

International Orders

  • Check the dropdown menu at checkout for a list of countries we serve. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to countries with governmental or logistical restrictions.

We offer both Express (1–6 business days) and Standard (7–30 business days) shipping options. Delivery timelines exclude potential customs, weather, or strike-related delays.
