Do you test on animals? Are you cruelty-free?

Our products are cruelty-free, meaning we do not use animal testing at any stage of our product development.

Are Trestique products vegan?

Yes! All of our products are vegan.

What are "clean" formulas?

We believe in high-performance makeup with a unique delivery system that combines the tools you need with the formulas you love. We've eliminated harmful ingredients including parabens, phthalates, sulfates, PEGs, BHA, Gluten, fragrance, mineral oil, formaldehyde, triclosan/tricarbon, among many other things (and we’re not including things you can paint your house with).

Orders

I made a mistake, how can I update my order?

Unfortunately, due to our streamlined shipping procedures, changes are not possible after an order has been processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@trestique.com.

Are there any limitations with promo codes?

You may only apply one promo code per order. Depending on the rules of the promo code received, some may only be applied to orders of a certain minimum total.
Promo codes, sales, and gifts with purchases cannot be applied retroactively.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, check the email you provided at checkout! We will send a tracking link.

Sustainability

Are all Trestique products refillable?

Yes! Every product we offer is refillable, which means you can keep your Forever Case (or original navy blue packaging) and refill your formulas and/or tools as needed. This way you save time, money and the planet! Just snap out the old refill cartridges (in cream color packaging), recycle them and then pop in your new cartridge as needed.

What is PACT and how can I recycle my products?

We've partnered with the nonprofit organization Pact Collective to streamline the recycling process of beauty empties. Any plastic packaging smaller than a yogurt cup can't be recycled in a regular recycling facility and has to be sent to a particular place in order to be recycled. What is your packaging made of?

All of our products are made from either post-consumer or post-industrial recycled plastic or aluminum. This means we take plastic either used by consumers or at industrial factories and re-purpose it to create our packaging. The Forever Case is made from 100% post-industrial recycled aluminum (except for the Brow Pencil, which is made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic for the Forever Case). International shipping

Do you ship to my country?

At Trestique, we believe sustainable products and clean formulas should be available for all. For a complete list of countries that we ship to, please see the dropdown menu at checkout!

Who handles Trestique's international shipping?

Flavorcloud is our trusted third-party partner and they ensure all international orders are handled with care. They have numerous partners around the world that handle our packages to assure they are delivered safely and efficiently.

What payment methods are accepted?

To place an international order, you can process your payment using PayPal or international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

What shipping service levels do you offer?

Trestique offers both Express and Standard shipping on most international routes, and at checkout you can choose which one you prefer. For a few selected remote areas only Express or Standard shipping may be available, but that is the exception. Together with our international shipping partner we will find the lowest shipping rate for you so that you pay as little as possible in shipping fees for your order while ensuring your order will be delivered to you by a high-quality, reliable carrier.

How much do I pay for shipping?

The shipping cost is determined at checkout and is based on the shipping destination. To create the best delivery experience, Flavorcloud ships all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that duties and taxes are collected right at checkout. The best part? This method prevents your package from getting held up by customs.

How can I track my order?

Trestique provides you a tracking number and link when the order is fulfilled. This is typically within 24 hours after you place your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You can track the status of your order through this tracking number.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time varies depending on the route and destination. Typically, it takes between 8-14 business days for international shipments to arrive. Please note, these time ranges may vary due to customs clearance, extreme weather or COVID-19 protocols. Once your order is fulfilled, you will find an estimated delivery date on the tracking link provided by our team.

How do I pay duties/taxes?

Typically, you pay duties and taxes at checkout when you place your order. This way you not only see the total cost upfront before placing the order, but you also won’t have to pay again when the parcel is delivered to you.

In a few instances, we may ask you to pay duties and taxes when the order is delivered to you at delivery because of a destination country requirement or it was not collected at the time of checkout.

What if my order becomes stuck in customs?

We are confident that most shipments make it through customs without any delays. With that being said, customs authorities may review a shipment and may ask for additional information before the customs authorities clear the shipment for final delivery. If you experience longer than usual delays, please reach out via email at help@passportshipping.com.

Payments + refunds

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express along with payments from international Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept forms of electronic payment such as Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. All international orders will be charged in U.S. dollars so please be aware that additional foreign transaction fees may be applied by your international bank.
We also offer interest-free payments in installments using Afterpay. Just select one of these options at checkout.

My payment was declined. What should I do?

There are a few reasons your payment might not go through. Please double check the following:
1. Does your billing info (such as billing address + zip code, security code, expiration) match what’s been entered on the checkout page?
2. Insufficient funds: Please contact us at hello@trestique.com for additional assistance.

If I requested a return, when can I expect my refund?

Please allow up to 21 business days for processing your request once we have received your returned package.

Gift Card

How do I send a gift card?

We offer e-gift cards for you or a loved one. You can purchase one here. Simply enter the gift amount, recipient’s name, a greeting and desired send date.

How do I redeem my gift card?

If you are the recipient of a Trestique e-gift card, simply enter the gift card code at checkout.

Can I use Loyalty Points to buy a gift card?

If you are a member of our Loyalty Program, you can redeem a gift card using your loyalty points. To begin, please sign into your Trestique account here. Then, on your account page scroll down to "rewards." Here, you can redeem your points for store credit or for a gift card. Keep in mind, if you redeem your points as store credit you will not be able to apply these points to Auto-refill or our e-gift cards purchase.

Rewards

How can I join your Rewards and Referral Program?

Easy! All you have to do is sign up for a customer account, and you will automatically unlock your exclusive access to our Rewards and Referral Program. Then, the store credit you earn can be used towards future orders. By creating an account with Trestique, you will get a more customized experience. Having an account also makes it easy to keep track of past orders, save time on the checkout process and quickly reorder your favorite products. Start earning rewards by clicking here.

How does the program work?

Once you log in, you will earn 5% store credit back on your first order and on all orders placed thereafter. Once your lifetime spend is $250, you’ll earn 10% of your order total back in store credit for all orders placed thereafter. Once your lifetime spend is $900, you’ll earn 15% of your order total back in store credit for all orders placed thereafter.

How does refer-a-friend work?

Give your friends 15% off their order, and once their purchase is complete, you'll get $15 store credit in your account. You can refer a friend by accessing our rewards page here.

How can I see my store credit and/or points?

There are a few ways to find out what your store credit balance is, whether you received it through a return, gift card or our Rewards and Referral Program. The first step is to sign into your customer account. You can then view your store credit balance on your "Account Details" page or via our quick apply feature on the checkout page.

Does my store credit expire?

Yes, your store credit expires 12 months after being issued. You will be notified via email before they expire!

How do I know I received store credit after my purchases if I have reached different tiers?

You will receive an email each time you have earned store credit as it is dependent on the tier you have reached in our program as well as your order total. The store credit will be added to your existing balance which can be seen on your "Account Details" page when you log in.

Can I combine store credit with e-gift cards?

Yes! Just sign in to your account, click the "Store Credit" button, and a pop-up will open where you can enter your Gift Card Code. This total will be added to your pre-existing store credit.

Can I use my store credit towards an Auto-refill order?

Store credit cannot be used for Auto-refill orders.

Can rewards get applied retroactively?

No, rewards cannot be applied to past purchases prior to signing up for our Rewards and Referral program.

Is it safe to save my payment information to my account?

Yes! All payment information is securely stored through encryption, offering you a huge time saver for your next order. Saving payment information is not required.

Auto-refill

What is auto-refill?

Auto-refill allows you to receive your Trestique refills automatically, so you never have to worry about running out of your favorite products. Better for your wallet and for the planet.

How do I subscribe to auto-refill?

Easy! Select the auto-replenishment option on the product page of your choice. Then, schedule how often you'd like to receive your refills. You can choose 4, 6, 8 or 12 week intervals. Learn more here.

*Please note that at this time, Auto-refill is only available in the USA.

How can I update my auto-refill subscription?

To make changes to your subscription, create an account here. Once complete, you can manage your subscriptions directly within your Trestique account.

What payment options are available?

We currently accept credit, debit and PayPal.

Please note, the following payment methods are not currently available for subscription orders: AfterPay, Klarna and Amazon Pay.

Can I update my address and/or payment information?

Yes, simply log into your Trestique account here and manage your subscription.
